Product Overview
The Track-Mounted Screening Plant is a high-efficiency screening unit with self-propelled drive capability, advanced technology, and comprehensive functionality. It can reach any position on the work site regardless of terrain conditions, reducing material handling operations and facilitating coordination of all auxiliary equipment. Wireless remote control allows the screening plant to be easily driven onto a trailer and transported to the job site. With zero assembly time required, the equipment can begin operation immediately upon arrival at the work site. The diesel engine delivers robust power, and its optimized design meets the most demanding technical requirements of screening applications, delivering high productivity with uniformly graded finished products.
The Track-Mounted Screening Plant integrates receiving, screening, and conveying process equipment into a single unit. Through optimized process flow, it delivers excellent performance in rock screening, aggregate production, and open-pit mining screening operations. By combining different models, it can form a powerful crushing and screening production line capable of completing multi-requirement processing tasks. The design is advanced, performance is excellent, production efficiency is high, operation and maintenance are convenient, operating costs are economical, and operation is stable and reliable.
Core Advantages
Two-section split structure can be folded to reduce height for transport requirements.
The screen body uses high-strength steel plates with full-ring-groove riveted connections for stable and reliable operation. The 3-deck screen produces 4 different finished product specifications, with screen mesh sizes customizable to requirements.
Motors are equipped with protective covers to prevent accidental injury from improper operation. The frame uses premium low-alloy, high-strength weathering steel to enhance frame strength. CAE-optimized frame structure eliminates bending and cracking stress concentration points, with 100% ultrasonic inspection of critical welds to ensure safety.
During inspection or maintenance, hydraulic cylinders can position the screen body horizontally while lifting the belt feeder above the vibrating screen, ensuring ample maintenance workspace.

Application Scenarios
- Aggregate Processing: At quarries or downstream of mobile crushing lines, precisely classifies mixed aggregates by particle size into 0-5 mm, 5-10 mm, 10-20 mm and other specifications, meeting the strict gradation requirements of commercial concrete batching plants and infrastructure projects.
- Construction & Demolition Waste Recycling: Performs multi-stage screening of crushed recycled aggregates to separate recycled sand and gravel of different sizes for road base backfill or recycled building material production.
- Mining Pre-Processing: In metallic or non-metallic mines, pre-screens crushed products to achieve “more crushing, less grinding” and improve downstream beneficiation efficiency.
- Temporary or Dispersed Project Operations: For road construction, water conservancy projects, and similar applications, the equipment can rapidly relocate as the project progresses, completing screening on-site and eliminating long-distance material transportation costs.
