Core Advantages
The HP Series multi-cylinder cone crusher features a high degree of automation and uniform product gradation. Equipped with an effective tramp iron protection device and automatic cavity clearing, it achieves separation of the mantle and main shaft, increasing both the oscillation frequency and rotation speed of the mantle for significantly improved productivity.
The equipment and drive motor are mounted on an integral base frame with vibration-damping pads underneath. This effectively isolates the vibration generated during crusher operation while also cushioning internal forces, substantially extending equipment service life.
Processing capacity is greatly enhanced. An optional vibrating feeder pre-screening module can be configured to separate qualified finished material mixed in with the raw feed in advance, both increasing the equipment’s processing capacity and reducing the fines content in the finished product.
The crusher discharge is equipped with a hydraulic adjustment device, enabling rapid adjustment of the discharge opening size to meet different reduction ratio requirements.
