Product Overview
The Track-Mounted Jaw Crusher is primarily used in primary crushing, delivering feeding, pre-screening, coarse crushing, and conveying functions for raw materials. It is a high-efficiency crushing unit with self-propelled drive capability, advanced technology, and comprehensive functionality. It can reach any position on the work site regardless of terrain conditions, reducing material handling operations and facilitating coordination of all auxiliary equipment.
Wireless remote control allows the crusher to be easily driven onto a trailer and transported to the job site. With zero assembly time required, the equipment can begin operation immediately upon arrival. The Track-Mounted Jaw Crusher integrates receiving, crushing, and conveying process equipment into a single unit. Through optimized process flow, it delivers excellent performance in rock crushing, aggregate production, and open-pit mining operations. The design is advanced, performance is excellent, production efficiency is high, operation and maintenance are convenient, operating costs are economical, and operation is stable and reliable.
Compared with various types of stationary jaw crushers, the Track-Mounted Jaw Crusher functions like a mobile small-to-medium crushing plant, with work efficiency and operating costs superior to stationary jaw crushers of the same or higher class. The Track-Mounted Jaw Crusher can operate on slopes with its compact and flexible design, making it especially suitable for construction and demolition waste crushing in urban areas. It features an effective dust suppression system, appropriate diesel engine noise and emission levels, and a release system for remotely controlling hydraulic removal of obstructions within the mobile crushing station.
Core Advantages
Hydraulic feed hopper and main conveyor feature a foldable design to meet both operational and transport size requirements.
The vibrating feeder comes with built-in pre-screening for continuous feeding. A diverter chute can optionally direct material to the main conveyor or side conveyor, reducing blockages and spillage. The conveyor head is equipped with a built-in belt cleaner to prevent material buildup.
The main unit features a V-chamber design with overload protection. The jaw plates are integrally cast from high-manganese cast steel for superior strength. A rare-earth neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnetic separator professionally removes ferrous impurities, protecting downstream equipment. The hydraulic system is equipped with a load-sensing control system that naturally adjusts pressure oil output based on load, producing minimal heat, low power loss, and more precise, efficient, and safe control.
Pre-screening mesh is easy to replace. Feeding speed can be automatically or manually adjusted.
The inner side of the feed hopper features high-wear-resistant liners. Conveyors use wear-resistant liners and rubber-cushioned idler rollers to extend service life.
