Product Introduction

The Circular Vibrating Screen is a general-purpose, high-efficiency circular-trajectory vibrating screening machine suited for particle material classification and wet/dry material screening. It specializes in high-throughput, high-precision material sorting operations, accommodating ores and granular materials up to 200 mm in particle size. Widely applied in aggregate, mining beneficiation, coal screening, construction and demolition waste, and chemical particle screening scenarios, it serves as a fundamental and core screening unit for aggregate processing, mining, material classification, and solid waste resource recovery industries.

The machine features an inclined screen box installation structure. A cylindrical eccentric-shaft exciter paired with eccentric counterweight blocks rotates at high speed to generate centrifugal excitation force, driving the screen body in a stable circular-trajectory reciprocating vibration. The equipment supports single- or multi-deck screen configurations. The screen surface is flat and even with a long screening stroke. During operation, materials undergo continuous three-dimensional motion of throwing, tumbling, and forward movement on the screen surface, effectively breaking apart piled and agglomerated materials. Oversized particles are conveyed forward by the screen body vibration and discharge from the tail-end outlet, while fine particles pass through the screen mesh for graded discharge. The multi-deck screen structure simultaneously completes multi-specification material classification in a single pass, producing multiple particle-size finished products at once. This overall operating approach thoroughly addresses common industry pain points such as limited screen deck count, single-specification classification, material accumulation and retention, low screening accuracy under high-throughput conditions, and uneven discharge.

The equipment’s overall frame uses an integrated welded structure with robust rigidity. It is equipped with high-precision eccentric excitation assemblies, high-strength wear-resistant screen panels, high-load-capacity rubber damping springs, and a comprehensive electrical protection system. Screen panels use a modular assembly design, supporting rapid removal and replacement, with ample space allowed for inspection and maintenance operations. Combined with an external sealed dust-proof structure, it effectively suppresses operating dust. The entire machine features stable vibration amplitude, high load-bearing capacity, wear resistance, and a low failure rate, with low operating noise suitable for all-weather continuous industrial production. Its simple disassembly, inspection, and maintenance procedures substantially reduce equipment O&M costs and manual labor intensity. With exceptional versatility, it adapts to diverse wet and dry complex operating conditions, meeting the requirements of various high-volume material screening and classification applications.

Key Advantages

The equipment features a circular vibration trajectory design, giving materials a longer screening retention stroke and wider motion range on the screen surface. Combined with customizable single- or multi-deck screen configurations, it can complete classification of 2-4 different particle-size materials in a single pass. Screen panels are fabricated from high-strength wear-resistant plate material, providing impact and wear resistance to withstand continuous high-flow material impact. Screen opening specifications can be customized based on customer material characteristics and production requirements, offering excellent adaptability for dry materials, lightly moist materials, granular ores, and similar materials, effectively preventing material accumulation and screen opening clogging. Screening uniformity, finished product accuracy, and single-unit throughput far exceed conventional simple screening equipment.

The excitation system uses an eccentric-shaft modular design, allowing flexible adjustment of vibration amplitude by adding or removing counterweight blocks to precisely match screening operations for materials of varying hardness, moisture content, and density such as ores, aggregates, coal, and chemical granules. All models in the series are equipped with high-elasticity integrated rubber damping springs that evenly distribute equipment operating vibration forces, effectively reducing frame base vibration amplitude and substantially cutting operating noise. The entire machine runs smoothly with minimal wear, exhibiting no offset or resonance failures during extended continuous operation, delivering excellent operational stability.

The equipment overall uses a standardized modular assembly structure. Screen panels, exciters, and damping components are all standard universal parts. Screen panels use bolted fixing methods — common tools enable rapid removal, replacement, and cleaning. The equipment body frame is open with sufficient internal inspection space, allowing inspection, maintenance, and servicing of core components without disassembling the entire machine. Overall downtime for maintenance is short with low maintenance difficulty, effectively improving equipment availability and significantly reducing post-operation consumable and labor costs.

The frame is fabricated from thickened steel plate in an integrated welded construction, providing a stable structure resistant to deformation with excellent impact and fatigue resistance. Core excitation components undergo precision machining and wear-resistant treatment, adapting to high-frequency continuous vibration operations. The equipment features a professional electrical overload protection system that automatically triggers an alarm and initiates an immediate shutdown in the event of current anomalies, material overload, or material jamming, providing comprehensive protection for core motors and excitation components. An external sealed dust-proof structure isolates components from dust erosion, reducing equipment aging and wear. Adaptable to harsh operating conditions such as mines and aggregate plants, the entire machine offers strong durability and extended service life.
