Product Overview
The Track-Mounted Impact Crusher is designed for mining, water conservancy, transportation, railway, cement, building materials, metallurgy, chemical, power, and construction industries. It handles coarse and medium crushing of medium-hard materials with compressive strength up to 150 MPa. Utilizing impact energy for material crushing, its core is a high-performance impact crusher that uses a high-speed rotor and blow bars to crush materials through impact, delivering both crushing and shaping functions with excellent output particle shape, low flakiness content, and high yield.
The unit features a modular layout with a compact structure and a heavy-duty tracked undercarriage that provides excellent off-road performance and autonomous relocation capability without the need for external lifting or foundation work. Standard hydraulic adjustment devices enable rapid clearance adjustment of the impact aprons for precise discharge size control. Integrated overload protection, automatic cavity clearing, and lubrication monitoring systems ensure operational safety and easy maintenance. The intelligent electronic control system supports one-touch start/stop, remote monitoring, fault diagnostics, and energy management, enhancing automation levels. Select models can be equipped with optional pre-screening or closed-circuit circulation systems to achieve “screen before crush” or particle size closed-loop control, further optimizing energy efficiency and product quality. The overall design prioritizes environmental compliance, often featuring spray dust suppression or enclosed structures to effectively reduce dust emissions and meet green production requirements, making it an efficient, intelligent, and flexible modern crushing solution.
Core Advantages
Hydraulic feed hopper and conveyor feature a foldable design to meet both operational and transport size requirements.
The feeder comes with built-in pre-screening for continuous feeding. A diverter chute can optionally direct material to the main conveyor or side conveyor, reducing blockages and spillage. The main crusher is directly driven by a fluid coupling for high efficiency. Laminating crushing produces excellent particle shape.
Adjustable rotor speed with anti-rebar-wrapping rotor design. Impact aprons are integrally cast from high-manganese cast steel for superior strength. Rare-earth neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnetic separator professionally removes ferrous impurities, protecting downstream equipment.
Fully hydraulic folding hopper with built-in hydraulic locking requires no manual securing. Feeding speed can be automatically or manually adjusted. The main belt tensioning mechanism is simple to operate and highly reliable. Hydraulically assisted impact apron adjustment on the main unit is convenient and fast.
The crusher is equipped with multi-layer curtain chains featuring rubber curtains and ring chain curtains for enhanced safety and reduced operating dust. An independent pre-screening unit delivers higher screening efficiency than integrated designs, increasing crusher throughput and reducing wear costs in the crushing chamber. Optional post-screen and return belt ensure uniform crushed particle size. The main discharge uses a vibrating feeder transition to reduce impact on the main conveyor belt, extending overall service life.

Application Scenarios
- Construction & Demolition Waste Recycling: Efficiently crushes waste concrete, bricks, and other debris to produce high-quality recycled aggregates, suitable for urban demolition or green building material projects.
- Aggregate Production: At quarries or temporary stockyards, crushes soft to medium-hard rocks such as limestone and dolomite into manufactured sand or premium aggregates for commercial concrete batching plants or infrastructure projects.
- Road & Water Conservancy Construction: Enables on-site material processing in remote construction areas, rapidly producing base course or fill materials that meet gradation requirements while reducing transportation costs.
- Secondary Crushing in Mining: Serves as a supplement to stationary production lines, processing materials after primary crushing to enhance overall flexibility.
