The universal mixed conveyor is a general-purpose conveying device purpose-built for industrial solid waste treatment scenarios. It is specifically designed for the horizontal transfer and sorting connection of irregular, entanglement-prone, and large-volume industrial solid waste materials such as fabric strips, waste wood, industrial offcuts, waste rubber, waste packaging, and construction waste.

The equipment adopts a standardized unit-based modular design, completely breaking away from the traditional conveyor limitations of on-site welding and concrete foundation dependency. It can be laid directly on level tunnel floors, concrete surfaces, or even compacted earth, requiring no civil construction whatsoever, significantly shortening the project construction timeline.

The entire machine frame uses high-strength, lightweight press-formed sheet metal components connected and secured with bolts, with each section’s weight kept within a reasonable range. All components can be disassembled into units compliant with international standard container shipping dimensions, facilitating sea and land transport — particularly suitable for logistics and on-site installation for overseas projects.

The drive unit uses an integrated geared motor that operates smoothly with high torque, equipped with multiple safety devices including overload protection, misalignment alarm, and emergency stop, meeting the demands of 24/7 continuous operation. The equipment can be flexibly spliced in length and adjusted in height based on site conditions, seamlessly interfacing with upstream and downstream equipment such as shredders, magnetic separators, air separators, and balers.
